The Brand
With an established brand, incredible packaging and a clear brand personality, the website needed to communicate the brand voice accurately while being functional and easy to use.
The Functionality
eCommerce functionality was definitely the main priority but aside from that the site needed to integrate with a warehousing and shipping provider commissioned for fulfillment of orders. This required significant testing between the parties. Cart abandonment measures, integration with Email Marketing including lead generation delivery, customer nurture sequences and site security were all high priority for this site.
